My Own Buffalo Wing Sauce!

Category: Sauces and spices | Difficulty: Very Easy

Whenever I eat at Dave & Buster's, I love to order the buffalo chicken wrapped dish and the sauce they use to make the chicken I absolutely adored. I did a little research and found out how easy it is to make. And you only need two ingredients, can you believe that? I was downright mad at myself for not knowing this before! What a foodie I am, huh? NOW I make my own baby! You can too!

Ingredients:
hot sauce or tobassco sauce
2 tbsp. butter

Preparation:
In a small pot, turn heat to medium and add 2 tbsp. butter to melt. Then add about 5 or 6 shakes of the hot sauce and stir. If you want it hotter, you can add a pinch of Cayenne pepper or more hot sauce. Pour on top of chicken fingers or wings, or serve on the side.
