Not much words today but I will tell you my mom didn't grill much when I was growing up. Strange when I think of it. But we lived in Chicago in a tiny apartment complex and the closest we could come to grilling is broiling. But when I got on my own and I was able to expand my kitchen I knew I must have a grill or a griddle or both! And I do have both! Now, I don't have a gas or charcoal one which I'm wanting bad and my plans are to get one when we move. But, that won't stop me from posting this recipe. But I know you can use an electric grill but I'm thinking the gas or charcoal gives the meat an extra taste that is a step above the electric grill.

Ingredients:
4 thickly cut (1 inch) pork chops
2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
2 tsp. molasses
2 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation:
Combine molasses, ground pepper, garlic and salt. Rub mixture evenly on each side of the pork chops. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Grill on a hot grill about until done on both sides. Bon Appetit!
