Resources

Sometimes in the kitchen, we all need a little help so check out these valuable resources! And, I'll add more as I can.

I don't cook with alcohol, but I also know there are lot of people who cannot use it for health reasons. And, when you're looking up recipes, oftentimes alcohol is used. This chart is an excellent resource for finding terrific substitutes and not compromising flavor. One of my go-to substitutions is Balsamic Vinegar or Worcestershire sauce, I love the taste of both these. Another go-to substitute is apple cider vinegar, it's great on still providing the apple flavor to salad dressings, de-glazing, etc. This list is pretty extensive too so you should have no problem finding just the right ingredient!

I forget sometimes that a bunch of my foodie friends live in the UK or other places it the world and they're using the celcius method not fahrenheit so this chart helps me to know the conversions when sharing dishes! You'll find this useful for yourself too!

And, if you need kitchen supplies, or want to shop for gourmet food, gift baskets, please shop in my store! Not only will you get what you need, you'll be helping a friend because I get a small commission on every purchase made. You can even search for a specific product and build a wish list too!
